Food Safety of Michigan is a full-service training facility that specializes in ServSafe® Manager Certification classes and ServSafe® Alcohol classes that are mandated by the State of Michigan. Our ServSafe® training program and exams comply with that regulation. Testing is done immediately after the Certification class and we are pleased to be able to offer same day test results. Training can be done at our facility or yours. Our ServSafe® manager certification training program focuses on five key areas that are required for preparation of the exam:

  • Introduction to Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-Contamination and Allergens
  • Time and Temperature
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing

It is required by the State of Michigan to have at least one person, per facility, ServSafe® Manager Certified. We highly recommend having all of your staff trained in food safety to reduce your liability against foodborne illness. If you have a special request, just ask.

Classes Held Daily - Monday through Saturday - Starting at 9am
Registration Required - One Day Curriculum

The cost for the class with exam will be $139 per person payable by cash or check at the beginning of class. A Proctored Exam is $89 without the class. Call or email me for an exam date/time. You will receive a receipt.

We are located in the All American Business Center Bldg. Suite B, 2nd Floor, above Dominic's Jewelry by Steak & Shake & Kohl's (outside Lakeside Mall near Schoenherr).
